We build and audit websites for small medical, dental and therapy practices. Healthcare Software is a service of Web Landscapes LLC, a web studio in Florida.
Why this service exists
Most small practice websites are put together from a theme, an analytics tag, an ad pixel and a scheduling widget. Each piece is reasonable on its own. Together they can mean that an ad company learns who booked an appointment and why. HHS published guidance on this in December 2022 and updated it in March 2024, and a court narrowed part of it in June 2024.
We do that work: check what a site sends out, fix it, or build a new one where patient pages carry no third-party trackers from the start.
Who does the work
Audits and builds are done by Web Landscapes, the studio behind this site, which builds websites and web tools for small businesses. The studio is run by Javier Carnicer.
Healthcare Software started in 2026 and is taking on its first practices now. Until we can show client sites, the demo practice shows the standard we build to, and the sample report shows what an audit delivers.
How we handle patient information
- We design sites so patient information goes from the patient to your practice and its BAA-covered services, not through us.
- For audits we use made-up test entries and never log in to your portal or EHR.
- If a project would give us access to patient information, we sign a business associate agreement before starting.
- This site runs no third-party trackers either. Our privacy notice says what it does log.
