Accessibility

Last updated: 30 October 2026. Our target for healthcare-software.com, and for the practice sites we build, is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

What we have done

• Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "skip to content" link.
• Text and buttons are designed to meet AA colour contrast, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
• Images have text descriptions.
• Form fields have labels, and scan results are announced to screen readers when they appear.
• The menu button tells screen readers whether the menu is open.
• Animations are small, and the moving dots in the homepage diagram stop if your device asks for reduced motion.

What isn't perfect yet

• The homepage diagram and the tracking guide's page picker are visual. The same information is in the text next to them.
• Contact is by phone or email. If neither works for you, tell us what does and we'll use it.
